Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and HealthLogic, LLC, which runs SaucyReel ("we", "us"). By using saucyreel.com you agree to them. In short: you own your videos, you pay for the work with credits, and you only upload things you have the right to use.
1. What SaucyReel does
You upload videos and photos. Our software, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools from other companies, picks moments, adds captions, music and effects, and makes a short video ("reel"). Results vary: AI can make mistakes, so please watch every reel before you post it.
2. Your account
You sign in with a cell phone number we confirm by text. Keep your phone secure; anyone with it can sign in. One number can hold several named accounts (for example, Personal and a business). You must be at least 13 years old, and at least 18 to buy anything.
3. Credits, packs and memberships
- Credits pay for the work on each reel. We show an estimate before you start; we won't charge more than 20% over it without asking.
- Credit packs are paid once. Memberships renew automatically every month and add that month's credits until you cancel.
- Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and stay on your account while you are a member, and for 12 months after you cancel or after your last pack purchase.
- You can cancel a membership any time from Get credits → Change or cancel my membership. It stays on until the end of the month you paid for; we don't charge again.
- Prices may change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a membership price changes.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. See our refund policy.
4. Your videos
You keep all rights to what you upload and to the reels we make from it. You give us permission to store, process and edit your files only to provide the service to you (and, if you share a reel's link, to show it to the people you send it to). We don't sell your videos or use them to advertise without asking you.
Only upload content you own or have permission to use, including the people in it. Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates someone's privacy or copyright. We may remove content or pause accounts that break these rules.
5. Music
Songs from our free library are licensed for use in your posts as long as the credit line we add to your caption stays in the post. AI-made songs are made for your reel. Don't use our music outside your SaucyReel reels.
6. Text messages
When you sign in or ask us to, we text your cell number sign-in codes and "your reel is ready" links. Message frequency varies (usually a few per reel). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Sharing and branding
Reels made on the free plan include a small SaucyReel mark, and captions end with "Made with SaucyReel.com" unless your plan removes it. Anyone you send a share link to can watch that reel without an account.
8. Things we're not responsible for
SaucyReel is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your files safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not responsible for how a reel performs once you post it. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using SaucyReel any time. We may pause or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the free trial, or don't pay. If we close the service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused purchased credits.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you on the site or by text before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where HealthLogic, LLC is registered.
