Refund Policy

We want you happy with every reel. Here's how money back works.

Reels that fail: if something goes wrong on our side, you aren't charged credits for that reel.
Not happy with a reel? Tell us with the thumbs-down button. We'll make a better version or put the credits back.
Credit packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any of that pack's credits.
Memberships: cancel any time and you won't be charged again. If you forgot to cancel and haven't used that month's credits, ask within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
How to ask: email us from the address below with your phone number. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, please contact us first; we can usually fix it faster.
